By now, all of you have had your first round (M1 = Maintainer 1) completed! As you are well aware, this treatment was for:
Crabgrass Control (Dimension)
Fertilizer (Dimension)
Weed Control (Momentum FX)
Dimension is a wonderful fertilizer and crabgrass control product. I have been using this ever since I purchased the Lawn Doctor franchise. To date, I have NO complaints, problems or even suggestions to use a different product. In fact, I am one of the very few (if not the only) companies that does 2 rounds (M1 & M2) of Dimension. My reasoning is this: in case the fertilizer did not reach the edge of the lawn the first time, it will reach the edge the second time (sometimes where the grass meets the driveway, sidewalk or curb, the heat from the pavement/sidewalk can germinate crabgrass). Also, Dimension has post-emergent properties that will control any crabgrass that may still be around.
Long story short...you will not have crabgrass come late-summer / early-fall.
TIP OF THE DAY...If you see dandelions popping-up, it's okay. Just give me a call and we'll come out and 'control' them!
